The term bespoke is commonly used when describing made to measure, or custom-made furniture, designed and made to a customers specific requirements. These pieces of furniture are often very elaborate, or unique. The designer/maker works closely with the client to produce a one off piece of furniture according to a brief set out and agreed upon by both parties.
